This website does not set advertising cookies, analytics cookies or any other tracking cookies. That is why there is no cookie banner: there is nothing to consent to.
What the site does store
Nothing beyond what is strictly necessary for the website to function and stay secure. Our hosting infrastructure may use essential technical measures (such as security checks) that do not track you across other websites and cannot be switched off without breaking the site, which is why UK law does not require consent for them.
Third parties
We do not embed advertising networks or social media trackers. Where a link takes you to another website, for example a council’s permit page or Google Maps directions, that site’s own cookie policy applies from the moment you arrive there.
If this changes
