Most “house clearance” websites are brokers: they take your booking, add their cut, and subcontract the actual work. We are the other kind. The skips on the drive are ours, the lorry is ours, and the people quoting you are the people doing the job. That is why we can be straight about the two ways to do a clearance, and which one your situation actually needs.
Clear it yourself, we handle the waste
The cheapest route. We drop a skip, you get 5 days to work through the house at your own pace, we collect. The 6-yard builders skip swallows most single-house clear-outs; bigger jobs run two skips back-to-back, and being local makes the swap same-trip.

We clear it, top to bottom
No lifting, no skip on the drive for a week. We come, load and leave the place broom-tidy. Quoted per job, because a two-bed terrace in Hoole and a four-bed with a loft in Upton are not the same day’s work, and we would rather give you a real figure than a teaser one.

What we clear
Full houses and part-houses, garages and sheds, gardens, lofts, and small commercial units. Furniture, white goods and electricals can come out with the rest of the job, and the items with special rules, sofas under the POPs regulations, fridges, plasterboard, travel their legal routes rather than being buried in a mixed load. Clearances with care
A good share of clearance calls come at hard moments: a bereavement, a move into care, a landlord handed back a property in a state. We have one approach for all of them: turn up when we said, do what was agreed, set aside anything you flag, and never rush you into a bigger job than the house needs. If a single 4-yard skip and a weekend of your own sorting will do it, that is what we will tell you.

How much does a house clearance cost?
It depends on volume and access, so we quote per job rather than pretending one number fits every house. The skip prices are published and fixed; for anything beyond a straight skip hire, ring us, describe the rooms, send photos if you can, and you will get a clear figure before anything is booked.
Do I load the skip myself or do you clear the house?
Either. Plenty of people take a skip and clear at their own pace over the five days. If you would rather not lift a thing, tell us when you ring and we will quote the job with the graft included.
Can you clear a house after a bereavement?
Yes, and we treat those jobs with the patience they need. There is no pressure on timing, we work room by room to your instructions, and anything you want set aside stays set aside.
What happens to the things you clear?
Everything goes to a licensed transfer station for sorting: metal, wood, card and rubble are pulled out for recycling and the rest is processed properly. We are a licensed waste carrier, so you get a firm that is accountable for where your waste ends up.
Do you clear garages, gardens and offices too?
Yes. Garages and sheds are quick wins for the 2-yard or 4-yard skip, overgrown gardens usually pair a skip with a bit of labour, and small commercial clear-outs are welcome, just tell us what the building is when you ring.
