This page is the whole price list. Delivery, 5-day hire and collection are included in every figure, and because we are not VAT registered, no VAT gets added at the end. What you see below is what you pay on delivery.

Why "all-in" matters
Most skip firms advertise a “from” price that excludes VAT, then the real number appears on the invoice. We would rather you know the full cost before the lorry leaves the yard. One price, agreed up front, paid on delivery. If something about your job would genuinely cost more, unusually heavy waste for example, we tell you on the phone before we book it, not after.
The two things not included
Honesty cuts both ways, so here they are. First: a council permit, needed only if the skip sits on a public road. Councils only deal with the skip company on permits, so we apply for you and add the council’s own fee to your booking at cost, no mark-up. Our permits guideshows every local council’s current fee. On a driveway, nothing to arrange. Second: restricted waste, a small list of things we cannot take at the standard rate, covered in what can go in a skip.
How to compare skip quotes properly
If you are ringing round, and you should, ask every firm the same four questions. The cheapest headline number is rarely the cheapest invoice.
- Is that price including VAT? A “£220” skip from a VAT-registered firm is £264 on the invoice. Ours are the number on this page.
- How many days do I get? Some quotes cover a shorter hire than you would expect, then charge per extra day. Ours is 5 days as standard.
- Is collection included? It always should be. Check it is not a separate line.
- Where is your yard? A firm trucking skips in from 25 miles away has costs to recover somewhere. Ours is Mickle Trafford, CH2, just outside Chester.
One more, about weight: skips are priced for general mixed waste. If yours is mostly soil, hardcore or rubble, tell whoever you book with, us included. Dense waste has to go in a smaller skip or be agreed up front, because overloaded lorries cannot legally leave. A firm that does not ask what is going in the skip is planning to have that conversation after delivery, not before.
